Welcome Home!
missed you mean itttt
I think the sign that a girl’s ✨nervous system✨ has really healed is when she starts doing those things again. When the child inside her finally feels safe enough to go back to what she loved. 🥰
When you were a kid, you just did things. Whatever your thing was. Arts and crafts. Dancing around. Making stuff. You didn’t need a reason. You just did it.
I was an arts and crafts girl. If that tells you anything.
This newsletter started as weekly affirmations. Just me sharing whatever spiritual idea I was feeling that week, and between then and now, it’s taken on a lot of different forms. Just like I have. I’ve shown up in so many ways, I’ve changed, I’ve evolved, I’ve gravitated around. But really I just changed back into what I was always meant to be.
I’m finally getting back on my way. After a small detour. And by small I mean a few years lol.
Better is the end of a thing than the beginning of a thing. This isn’t the end. But it is a turning point.
🎀 What’s coming ladies
Every morning at 6 AM, you’ll get a daily confession.
Not an affirmation. A confession. When we confess something, we speak it like it already happened. Like it’s done. And if you’re true to this, not new to this, you’ll get it. When you speak something like it’s already done? It’s as good as done. The word of God is finished.
When we confess daily, we declare how our day ends before it begins. That’s the power we have. The more we use it, the stronger it gets. And the more room we make for God to show up, and as we knowww everything beautiful happens in His presence. You don’t have to chase the things that come with serving Him. You just need Him. That’s it.
The regular articles will still be here, the stuff, the shopping, beauty, wellness, all of it.
(Like this piece on salmon sperm extract!)
Plus my weekly letter with whatever’s on my mind (what you accidentally received)!! :)
So. Happy New Year. Welcome back to From Love Itself. 🧡
I hope you took time to come home to yourself as January began, and if you haven’t yet, you’re on your way. You wouldn’t be here otherwise.
