There’s something about this time of year like the sun comes out and suddenly I need to reset everything. Not in a frantic, spiral-on-a-Tuesday way. Just… in a quiet, I-deserve-to-feel-organized-again in absolutely everything kind of way.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to actually set up your systems before summer hits, this is it. This is what I’m doing—and what I’d tell you if we were sitting on my couch with iced matcha and 47 tabs open.
Let’s get into it.
This is myyyy Spring routine list but let’s make yours.
1. One mindset reset. Non-negotiable.
Before you switch up your diet or buy another planner, please reset your mind. I put together this YouTube series for this purpose expressly.
It’s three episodes. That’s it - last episode comes out Friday. But it’ll snatch your perspective back into alignment.
Watch it. Take notes. Let it change how you see yourself again. You’re not the same girl who started January so don’t act like you are.
2. Pick two meals and eat them every day (yes, every day).
Not forever. But for the next 3–4 weeks, I’m choosing two go-to meals I love and can eat on autopilot. The point is rhythm, not restriction. Something simple, clean, and filling. Because decision fatigue is real, and it’s easier to stay in routine once you get into it. One for breakfast for all who participate (I don’t), one for lunch. Dinner is vybz cartel.
3. Lock in your default workout.
I get that not everyone’s a creature of habit and variety is the spice of life but you know what I do? So in the Fall, I had a go to workout routine. Same with in the winter, and most recently I switched to my Spring routine which consists of the only workout you’ll literally ever need (in combo with a good diet).
It’s been banned on YouTube 0384503485098340843098340985 times, you can buy it here, or you can just use my link.
I gave myself two(ish) options:
Tracy Anderson Method for daily sculpting (I did this obsessively last year and then stopped right but then my arms lost some of that definition and now that I started again I am SO back)
Dansique Physique for movement that feels like joy or active rest days she’s a God send
Nikola Pilates for this one ab workout that is really all you will ever need as a finisher
I don’t overthink it. I just choose one, press play, and move. Plus: 10,000 steps, minimum. Walking is free and fixes almost everything. It’s good to get the blood in your body movin’.
4. Make room for the version of you you're growing into.
Systems are great. But they’re only useful if they serve you not shrink you. So I’m making space for the habits future me will not only thank me for, but what she already does. The way I move. The way I rest. The way I speak to myself when no one’s listening.
This isn’t about becoming a new person.
It’s about giving the real you somewhere safe to idk exist.
And that’s it. That’s the plan. Not perfect, but powerful enough to hold you through the next season.
Come June, we’re not scrambling to the dungeon dragon sound. We’re solid.
Because we chose to show up for ourselves. Consistency over intensity any day.
And if, for whatever wild reason, you’re stressed about some well-meaning mother’s loser son here’s your lil reminder:
I am a healer of what the world gave up on. My love rebuilds what was broken.
I set people free just by being who I am. My obedience carries power.
God waters me in every dry place. I never run out, I overflow. I am sustained, strengthened, and sent.

Or sat through brunch feeling like you're speaking a different language when you talk about what's been exciting you? Yeah, me too.
Join us on WhatsApp (apparently yall aren’t on TG but okay) for prayers, encouragement, and updates!
My devotional is slightly delayed so that we can get it on Amazon. I think it should be out in the next 2 weeks MAX (I have a meeting about it today!)
Love you to LIFEEEEEEE,
