your words for today
you are someone's ideal everything
I yield to Your Spirit. Lord, order my steps today.
I turn my heart toward You, Jesus.
Father, let Your name be written on my forehead, I am Yours and I will see Your face. (Revelation 22:4)
I thank You, Father, that You are merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. (Psalm 103:8)
By the blood of Jesus, I disallow shame from following me into today.
I don’t want to replay what You have already forgiven. You have not dealt with me after my sins.
As far as the east is from the west, so far have You removed my transgressions from me. (Psalm 103:10, 12)
The last chapter is finished. I am not picking it back up. It served its purpose of bringing me closer to you.
By the blood of Jesus, I allow Your compassion to hold me today.
Like as a father pities his children, so You pity me. You know my frame. You remember that I am dust. (Psalm 103:13–14)
I allow grace for the girl I was yesterday. I am not disqualified. I am learning and I am loved, and my path is shining ever brighter.
