Understanding
Repeating this three times does one of two things. First, it generates a tremendous amount of divine energy that can be felt almost immediately. Second, it lifts you up, literally. You feel lighter, more hopeful, and that much more awake. Happy Monday.
Visualization
Close your eyes and imagine that it’s December 30th, 2022. Imagine yourself looking at the date on your phone screen, and then, look at yourself in the mirror. Really take the time to study yourself. What’s changed? What’s the same? Imagine the version of yourself in the mirror sends you a ball of pink love energy, straight to your heart. Thank them for that. Open your eyes.
