“don’t plan for failure”
right now I’m reading “Greater Health God's Way: Seven Steps to Inner and Outer Beauty” it’s by Stormie Omartian and I like it because for MONTHS MONTHS I tell you, I’ve been searching for a truth that will convict me finally and absolutely that God’s food is the best food for my body and all else is rubbish and I have yet to find this fact I know to be true, expressed so emphatically, that it changes my behavior and orientation around the food I eat. Just wanted to share because this is a
COMMUNITY SPACE where fellow MEMBERS might ALSO
be aspiring to Biblically sound hotness okay.
It’s important that you have a vision for your life. Vision keeps you going. If you’re driving with no destination in mind, you’ll get a lot of places, but when have you ever stopped somewhere along the way and asked where to go, without an idea of where you were trying to get to. Unfortunately that’s how a lot of people go through life, then they wake up one day, blink, and years have gone by.
YEARS MON CHERIE YEARS.
You won’t be one of them as long as I have breath in my body.
More like as long as you’re reading this newsletter.
Areas of Your Life to Have a Vision For
1. Your Health
We’re big health optimization gals over here because, without it, it’s harder to be effective in this world. Sound heart, sound mind, sound body, sound life.
2. Your Wealth
You’re compensated on this Earth, in direct proportion to what you offer or give to the world. There are treasures within you. Treasures are wealth. Your treasure is your value. Work on your value, and refine it if you must. Then package it well, and offer it to those who are looking for what you’re selling. People do this when going to school and applying for jobs etc. God has put in you everything you need to live well while doing what you were sent to do. There’s no big secret.
3. Your Relationships
Love God and love men !! I will forever stand on this hill. You need three kinds of relationships in your life: professional, personal, and instructional relationships. Professional, think your work besties, personal, think your friends, romantic partner, family, etc., and instructional, think your spiritual mentors, life coaches, etc.
Get going on solidifying your vision in all three of those areas and you’ll have a very clear vision for your life. no one is more magnetic, charismatic, and alluring than a person with vision.
the biggest hurdle to manifesting the vision you have for your life is the inability to plan for success
let me explain.
You know when you say you’re going to wake up at 4am to I don’t know, write, or journal, or go to the gym, and you kind of just don’t. 4am comes and goes and you KNOW your vision for your wake up time but you can’t make yourself “do” the vision?
That’s because you don’t have the habit in place that supports the vision. Visions, like all things, are built. You build them through habits.
this week i yapped extensivellyyyy about habits…and their cousin addiction. you can watch it here :)
