1. Put Yourself First in the AM
Instead of reaching for your phone to see what the world needs from you, try oh I don’t know saying good morning Holy Spirit. It’s not a crime to enjoy the passage of time in the mornign.
Why this works: When you prioritize yourself first, you're not being selfish, you're being strategic. You can't pour from an empty cup, and starting your day by filling yours sets the tone for everything that follows.
2. Delay Caffiene Miss Mama
Your body produces cortisol (your natural wake-up hormone) for the first hour or two after you wake up. When you drink coffee right away, you're essentially competing with your body's natural energy system. By waiting, you allow your cortisol to do its job, then caffeine steps in to keep the energy flowing.
Why this works: You'll likely experience more sustained energy throughout the day and might even find you need less caffeine overall. Plus, when you do have that first sip, it'll feel even more satisfying because its something you chose not something you need.
3. Assume You'll Get Everything You Want
This is about shifting from a scarcity mindset to one of abundance and possibility instantly. When you assume positive outcomes, you naturally start making decisions and taking actions that align with those expectations.
If you truly believed your goals were inevitable, how would you show up differently? You'd probably take more risks, put yourself out there more confidently, and bounce back from setbacks faster because you'd see them as temporary detours rather than permanent roadblocks.
Why this works: The quality of your mindset shapes your reality end of story. When you expect good things, you become more attuned to opportunities and more likely to take action when they appear.
future you will thank today you !

A More Done Than Said Life
Letter from the Editor (Me!) September 17th 2025
Dear Friends lol,
I think the moment you decide that you just don't want to be doing the same thing or living the same way that you've been living, you just kind of get over yourself.
So if you're in a place where you're trying to force yourself to get into a routine and get into a system that you know is going to give you the outcome that you want, but you can't seem to force yourself, you don't want it yet. Give yourself a little bit of time. As soon as you get tired of what you're doing, just know that's when things will shift.
There was a study I'll try to find, but it showed that it's harder to be mediocre than it is to be very exceptional because so few people are exceptional. And it's an interesting take because when you don't challenge yourself, you keep it safe. You don't try to make yourself too uncomfortable. You don't challenge yourself with growth. You don't make yourself uncomfortable. You just remain in a big clump of people who are doing the same because it's easier on the flesh.
But when you challenge yourself and you try new things and you suck at them for a really long time until you don't suck at them, and then you become really excellent at them, even if you have a natural affinity towards it, then you become someone who is in the class of being exceptional. That's why it's easier to be exceptional than it is to be mediocre. It's just that you have to make yourself uncomfortable. And a lot of people aren't willing to pay the price of uncomfortability to literally just have more freedom.
What freedom has ever been gotten by comfort? There's no freedom in comfort. Freedom is in and of itself designed as a means of something. You need freedom to do something. You can use it however you want. You can use freedom positively. You can use freedom negatively. If you use it in the derogatory sense, then you give yourself freedom to remain exactly in the same place, but if you use your freedom wisely, then you use it to get somewhere better.
And by getting somewhere better, I don't mean just for you, but whenever you improve and whenever you become exceptional, you help other people do the same, whether that's financially, whether that's just in terms of your own self development or personal development. You become of service.
And what is the way of the kingdom? Service, my dear.
I hope you guys have the best week.
