there comes a time in every girl's life...
when you just gotta let it be what God said it will be
đ your weekly affirmations + declarations
if youâre in transition, or a season of your life that feels never ending, this oneâs for you
Remember. Youâre a speaking spirit. What you speak creates after itself, so speak life.
â¨AFFIRMATIONSâ¨
I let go of control and trust that Godâs plan for my week is greater than anything I could create on my own.
I focus on what matters most, allowing Godâs wisdom to guide me through every decision.
I treat myself with care and respect, knowing that I am a reflection of Godâs masterpiece.
Declare this as often as youâd like. I felt virtue go into these words as I typed them so I wouldnât play with it if I were you lol.
â¨DECLARATIONSâ¨
I declare that Godâs wisdom directs my steps this week, and His plans for me are full of hope and purpose. I am equipped, empowered, and guided by His hand in everything I do.
Declare this. Meditate on it. Repeat it while listening to theta waves, which help imprint it more easily on your subconscious. I did this, this morning and tbh I was on cloud 9 for longer than Iâve been in a while.
đ What I Read this Week:
Perfect 10 from Brother Lawrence
(direct quotes are in ââ âââs)
âAll things are possible to him who believes. They are less difficult to him who hopes. They are easier to him who loves. And they are easiest to him who perseveres in the practice of all three virtues.â
âWe should not become weary of doing little things for the love of God. God regards not the greatness of the work, but the love with which the work is done. We should not be surprised if in the beginning we often fail in our endeavors. In the end we will develop a habit, which will naturally produce acts through us without effort, to our exceeding great delight.â
âThe spiritual life is neither an art nor a science. To arrive at union with God all one needs is a heart resolutely determined to apply itself to nothing but Him, od nothing but for for His sake, and to love Him only.â
âWhenever Brother Lawrence had business to do he did not think about it beforehand. When it was time to do something, he looked to God.â
âDo everything you do for the love of God, praying continually to do your work well.â
This one was huge for me. When youâve renounced your will, thereâs no Godâs will and my will. Youâve accepted His will in all things. Transposed it over your free will, not out of fear or compulsion, but because of your love for Him.
Huge.
â¨âThere is no suffering or difficulty because I have no will but Godâs will. I attempt to accomplish Godâs will in all things. I am so surrendered to God that I would not pick up a straw from the ground against His will, or from any other motive but love of Him.ââ¨
âMay all things praise Him. Amen.â
âThen out of love for Him, I renounce everything that was not God. I began to live as if there were no one else in the world but God and me.â
âThe greater perfection a soul aspires for, the more dependent it is upon Divine grace.â
âIn difficulties we only need to turn to Jesus Christ and beg His grace, and then everything becomes easy.â
last note of encouragement:
Bridges were designed to be crossed. The bridge before you wouldnât exist, if it wasnât given express instruction to take you to better. Trust the process. And above all trust the Author of the process.
