The Story Is The Point of It All.

Believe me

Twenty twenty six is chapter one of the new and I need you to believe me because if you don’t believe that things can be different, you’ll never see anything different, what’s coming is better than what’s gone, it has to be, it has to be, it has to be,

Let God do your year

and maybe the greatest skill you could ever learn is hearing the voice of God for yourself as it applies to your life not someone else’s life, but yours and letting him do your year for you because that’s the easiest way to have the best year you’ve ever had,

I didn’t always trust Him

and for a long time I didn’t think God had the best for me, I didn’t trust Him and I was so closed off to love, that I was closed off to God, and closed off to light, but in the process of writing The Book (it’s coming out this summer) something shifted and I found a starting point, and from that starting point everything started to grow,

and this is your starting point this is it,

The systems are in place

I spent 2025 building systems and it took forever and forever and forever but now my health system works and my spiritual life works and my writing works and I wake up and I know what I’m doing and I know what container I’m bringing for the Spirit to fill and it’s not me it’s Him I just sit in the seat and yield to the one who created the engine,

and now I can go into this year with one thing one main goal everything else is supporting because the systems are already in place,

It costs something

and whatever you want it costs something you have to get it out of your mind that you can get what you want, without giving what you have, and if what you’re getting is not what you’re wanting, it’s because you’re not giving what it costs, or you don’t know what it costs, or you’re not willing to give it and the result is the same

and remember when Jesus told the rich young ruler to sell everything and when Peter was fishing and had to put it all down to follow it cost everything it costs everything, God wants all of you and you can have as much of Him as you want His voice His guidance His presence His attention, but it costs everything you have

Sound like yourself

this year sound like yourself, look like yourself, dress like yourself move like yourself because if you don’t, you’re trying to be something else and it’ll come off looking crazy you’ll be invisible because there can’t be two of the same person and when you try to copy someone people won’t see you, they’ll see who you’re copying, they’ll say oh that reminds me of her, they won’t say your name,

the only one you should be emulating is Jesus and when you do that everything He put in you starts to shine, all the aspects of God that are only in you, that no one else has, the foundation is Jesus but the configuration of the expression is completely you it’s just you

You are the ceiling

and your willingness to yield to the way God wants the year to go is your ceiling and this could be the greatest year of your life if you let it and I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the same place for a really long time and be frustrated, but if you honestly look at all the opportunities God has put in front of you and all the things He’s asked you to do and you haven’t done them yet there’s still room to go, there’s still room to go, there’s still room to go, the Holy Spirit isn’t going to give up on you and I’m not either,

Don’t throw away the middle

and when you’re in the middle of the story you don’t want to tell it but what kind of story exists without a middle and how many book series do you start before they’re finished

you don’t wait for the end to enjoy the book that’s out, you’re reading to reach the end you’re living to get there, don’t throw away the middle, it’s part of the book the end is just where you either feel that book hangover, or you open the next one, and there is always a next one, there’s always,

a next one,

It just gets better

and if your content changes flavor this year don’t feel nervous, and if the people you used to hang with feel different now, like there’s nothing to talk about but old stuff, that’s good that means you’re growing that means there’s more for you, the right people will find you just keep doing what God told you to do,

and I want a life for you that feels as good as it looks, that feels better than it looks because it’ll just be a matter of time before it looks better than it’s ever felt and the path of the just shines brighter and brighter it doesn’t get darker it just gets better and better and better and better,
