Another week, another slay.
You’re not in trouble and everyone likes you.
As someone who spent most of last week crashing out, this week is SM BETTER!!!! I’m on the up and up! You’re on the up and up!! Like running, something funny happens when you don’t stop pressing forward, you get a second wind. Anytime you feel exhausted, or over it, that’s just your sign that your second wind is en route. Pretty gaggy if you ask me.
In case no one’s told you recently, I am extremely proud of you, you are doing an amazing job, you’re growing so much, look how well you’re doing, amazing. Beautiful. Wonderful.

How to Make Your Yearly Salary In a Month
Red flag. Nobody “tries” to open Tiktok. Nobody “tries” to eat lunch. You just do these things because you expect them to work. But when you say you’re “trying” to launch that business or “trying” to heal? You’re telling on yourself. You expect it to fail.
When you spiral about worst-case scenarios, your body literally responds like it’s happening right now. Racing heart, sweaty palms, that sick feeling. You’re not only preparing for failure, you’re practicing it.
Your expectation is so powerful it creates physical symptoms for things that haven’t even happened.
The word desire means “from the father.” Those deep wants you have? They’re not random. But you believe your past failures more than God’s promises. You’re letting 2019 determine 2025. Or worse yet, 2016 determine 2026. Snap out of it.
“If this doesn’t work, then I’ll...” Stop. When you’re already planning for failure, you’re expecting it. And expectation always wins. Always.
Doubt, unfortunately, is still belief. You’re not being careful or smart, you’re actively believing in the outcome you don’t want. Faith and doubt are both belief. You’re just believing in the wrong direction.
Write down what you expect to happen, not hope, EXPECT. Write it like you’re from the future describing how perfectly everything worked out. No contingencies. Read it every morning until expecting the best feels more natural than expecting the worst.
Because when your expectation finally matches your desire? That’s when you look up and think, wow, it all worked out. And to be fair, it already has.
Everything I lose creates space for everything I need.
I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.
I receive divine provision in unexpected ways.
Beauty pillow / Marble lighter / Pajama top + bottom / MANGO bag / Nadri earrings
It’s either she’s your best friend, mentor, mother, sister, or some kind of mix of the four. Here’s what to get her.
I’ve heard nothing but good things about this Nurse Jamie pillow, we figure she’d be concerned about her neck’s alignment and we don’t blame her. Apparently facial symmetry has everything to do with how you sleep, and little to do with genetics.
How cute is this marble lighter? You never know when you need to light something on quickly and with style.
If she’s practical, she doesn’t play about sleep either, get her these 100% silk washable pajamas (top and bottom), if she doesn’t own (several) sets already, you’ll be contributing to her efficiency which is basically her love language.
There’s nothing more necessary than a basic blag bag that holds everything, is inconspicuous, and instantly puts anything together. This one from MANGO gives me Zendaya after being freed from the cuffs of her Disney contract, her Spiderman arc, and her happy life in London. Very practical.
And finally, she probably takes great care to not mishandle her diamonds after almost losing them after a Solidcore class (not a great experience), these are so unique and so beautiful, if she happens to lose them she might mourn them more than the real thing.
