God is making you the answer to your prayer
your winter arc guide, affirmations, gift guide, and more
Hey girlie pop DubOP,
It’s DECEMMMBERRRRRRRRRR!
How incredible is that? We made it through (almost!) 12 months, and honestly, that’s huge. I’m not the same girl I was in January, and I hope you’re not either. I hope you met a new version of yourself this year, discovered a new depth, and fell a little more in love with what you found.
As a firm believer in not waiting until the new year to change (why put off the inevitable?), I’ve put together a guide to jumpstart your year. Start now, not next month. Why? Because when January rolls around, you’ll already be moving, building on the momentum you created in December.
Let’s get into it.
Change doesn’t happen unless you change.
But here’s the good news: the Holy Spirit specializes in transformation.
Why Start in December?
Be real with me—how many New Year’s resolutions actually stick? The answer is: not many. And it’s not your fault. Most people enter January without habits, rhythm, or structure.
December is your prep month. It’s your time to:
Adjust your schedule and experiment with what works.
Give yourself grace when you kinda mess up.
Build a gentle but solid foundation.
Why wait to be the person you know you’re meant to be?
Your December-January Transformation Guide
1. Keep it mum.
No one has to know you’re starting early. Seriously. Sharing your goals before you’re on your way to achieving them can trick your brain into feeling accomplished without doing the work.
And let’s talk energy—because not everyone around you is rooting for you. Some people might unintentionally project envy or doubt, and that can mess with your focus. Protect your peace. Let your success speak for itself.
This month, you’re in competition with one person: you. Restructure your mind, reprogram your habits, and show up as the version of yourself you’ve been praying for. God believes in you—now you just have to believe in you.
2. Get your nutrition right.
This isn’t the time to flip your diet upside down. For December, focus on:
Building a sustainable eating routine.
Cooking more at home.
Noticing what makes you feel good and what doesn’t.
Finding joy in nourishing choices.
Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. If that’s your goal, aim for a gentle deficit (200-400 calories) and focus on consistency. It’s about creating a system that supports your health, not forcing yourself into something unsustainable.
Jesus wants you to come up higher.
Most of society is driven by primal urges—eating, procreating, survival. These are the very things that fuel pain, gluttony, and sin. But Jesus is calling you to live beyond those urges, to rise into a life driven by His Spirit. Let’s explore what it means to leave the base behind and embrace the higher calling.
3. Get movinggg.
Don’t wait until January to start moving your body. Use December to:
Explore different workout styles (YouTube and Class Pass are tea).
Shift your mindset: movement is a gift, not a chore.
Find a routine you can stick with.
Make an effort to intentionally move daily, no matter what.
4. Prioritize your sleep.
Sleep is your body’s secret weapon. Commit to 6-8 hours of rest every night. It’s not just sleep—it’s healing, growth, and preparation for the day ahead.
5. Clear your space.
Your environment reflects your mindset. Use December to:
Release what no longer serves you (yes, even the hoodie from high school).
Create space for new energy and opportunities.
Organize and design a space that inspires you.
BEFORE I FORGET.

Your 2025 Starts NeoWWWWWWWWwwwW
December is about laying the groundwork, not achieving perfection. Imagine stepping into the new year with your habits already forming and your transformation already underway.
This is your time. Your arcccc. Your story. The world revolves around youuu.
The longer you wait to be who you’re meant to be, the longer you postpone experiencing the fullness of what God has for you.
