Patience. Compassion. The Wedding at Cana. Sous chefs. It’s alll in there.
Description:
In this episode, we explore the spiritual beauty of patience and why the process is essential to growth. We go on a journey through biblical teachings that reveal the deeper meaning of endurance. Drawing from the Book of Revelation and the story of the Wedding at Cana (John 2:1-11), she unpacks how patience is not just a virtue but a necessary ingredient in manifesting God's glory.
We also touch on practical ways to stay spiritually grounded and physically healthy this season—because even the smallest distractions can take us off track. This episode is an invitation to lean into the process God has set for you, trusting that it’s through endurance and faith that transformation happens.
Remember. You’re a speaking spirit. What you speak creates after itself, so speak life.
✨AFFIRMATIONS✨
My mind is a powerful tool, and as I align my thoughts with God’s promises, I attract success, peace, and abundance into my life.
The divine presence within me guides every step I take, ensuring that all things work together for my good and the fulfillment of my purpose.
I am filled with unwavering faith, knowing that God’s infinite wisdom and love are manifesting perfect outcomes in every area of my life.
Declare this as often as you’d like. I felt virtue go into these words as I typed them so I wouldn’t play with it if I were you lol.
✨DECLARATIONS✨
I declare that divine wisdom, favor, and abundance flow effortlessly into my life.
Declare this. Meditate on it. Repeat it while listening to theta waves, which help imprint it more easily on your subconscious. I did this, this morning and tbh I was on cloud 9 for longer than I’ve been in a while.
🎂 What I Read this Week:
The only book I had time to absolutely deVOUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRR (and I mean deVOUR) this week was Long Shot. When I tell you I was sat…all weekend. I was SAT.
(I am well aware that perfect 10 is for serious nonfiction works but like???)
content warning/ things I had to skip past because they agitated the Holy Spirit within me: really rough domestic violence scenes, sex scenes, there’s also a weird sometimes there mention of occult practices which were like c’mon miss kennedy girl just keep it clean but whatever.
if you have any cleannnn romance reccs for your fellow thought daughters - please share!
without further adiue because this book altered the trajectory of my life
Here’s the Amazon link x there are NO SPOILERSSS BELOW
A once in a lifetime connection is worth waiting for. Don’t rush it, because when it comes, it won’t come again, and it won’t LEAVE baruch Hashem (blessed be God)
Your life can go completely off track and somehow end up right back on it
There’s a God in Heaven orchestrating events, never forget that.
What you want isn’t unattainable, it’s obtainable, by you, by the Spirit of God.
Remember the ambition and drive you had as the younger version of you, she’s still there, and she won’t let you rest until you begin to (this is so freaking CHEESY) manifest 😭
Let nothing hold you back or keep you down.
What happened to you was just that: something that happened to you. You can move forward from it, you will move forward from it. You have moved forward from it.
Don’t let one person, season, event, disappointment, accomplishment - anything, don’t let one anything define your life. Nothing has the power to do that except the one who holds all power.
There’s a whole life out there for you.
Your next chapter starts with you accepting it now, in your heart.
I’m still reeling but praise the Lord it’s a SERIES girl.
It’s a sad day (proverbially). I announced this week in the From Love Itself State of the Union - the first few minutes of this week’s episode lol - that I was guided by the spirit of all truth to pull the plug on Nourish! (for now!).
It worked well with the book of Ruth, but as we were going, there’s way too much room for error and I don’t want to mislead myself or anyone else for that matter. Nourish it was nice knowing you but I live, die, and breath by the guidance of the Holy Spirit so sayonara m’dear.
I will still be sharing recipes, and fitness faves under her brand though because that branding took a hot minute to concept and I quite like it.
Here’s my favorite workout from last week - try using 5lbs weights instead of 1 and you’ll wake up with that tricep line.
you know the one I’m talking about <3
for the BOOK lover
A Kindle if they don’t already have one
A Kindle Page Turner if they do
A book light (in Amber) in case the Kindle dies
And a sleeping mask to rest those sleepy eyes
A bag to carry all the (book) hauls
And an inspiring coffee table book that’s different from them all
A weighted blanket in case the chapters get heavy
And a snuggie like hoodie, just a bit elevated
Or perhaps a pack of loops masks to remind them that there’s more to life than what happened in that (book)
And a candle for good luck
last note of encouragement:
I know staring down the barrel of the end of the year can sometimes feel like this:
But you have breath in your body. You’re not who you used to be (thank God for that), and you did make progress this year, no matter how small. I’m not one to coddle you, but I do love you, and I think you need to make a list of what you can still wrap up before close of biz on December 20th. It might surprise you.
